Jazz, Contemporary, Broadway, Fosse, Classical, Burlesque and many others In this class, we will cover the most territory. It encompasses a wide variety of styles. We will fuse the basic techniques of ballet with the more modern steps, resulting in an upbeat, stylish, and versatile dance form. Some classes will focus on the art of seduction through dance and movement. Learn chair tricks, strip tease & sensuality. Open to all students.
Ballet, En Pointe, Technique class combines classical ballet technique, with an emphasis on posture, breath control, proper alignment and add a modern twist. We will spend a majority of the class stretching out every muscle in your body. In addition, we target those problem areas such as your butt and abdominals and combine them with toning exercises at the barre
This class has an emphasis on fundamental and technique of mastering the arts of the simplistic difficulty of jumps, leaps and turns. This class is designed for those interested in continuing to evolve in the art of dance by adding these elements. Jumps, Leaps and Turns require unique and specific development so as to be able to execute these elements with grace and beauty.
Pole/Aerial (Intro through Advanced Levels): In these classes, we will start from the basics, from walking around the pole with grace and allure, as well as cover beginner spins. We will learn sensual dance movement, floor work & strength training. Students will l learn the basics, transition and combinations and continual progression into aerial tricks and even performance preparation.

This program takes all of the techniques and training development taught in a classroom and into the water. The benefits are immediate, therapeutic as well as provide the same intensity as you would receive in a classroom setting. The primary distinction is the ability to relax all non-working muscles and focus upon the targeted areas without fear of injury. This class is ideal for anyone suffering with chronic and/or injury or simply wants a unique approach to dance.
